Some of you may wonder where the name ‘Off Key’ originated from. Back in 2015 I started dressing different to the norm, swapped skinny jeans for baggy jeans and oversized shirts and got some questionable looks and comments. However, my dad thought I looked cool and described me as ‘Off Key’ (he’s a pretty cool dad dresses better than any dad I know). Fast forward 2 years later and I decided to take the plunge and make a clothing brand that I always wanted to make. When deciding the name I had a discussion with my dad and thought ‘Off Key’ would fit perfectly with the brand identity and values. ‘Off Key’ means being yourself, don’t be a follower and simply don’t give a f*ck about opinions of those who don’t matter.
